New Semester
Welcome to a new semester in Biology at Auburn Junior High!
I hope that everyone has had an opportunity to review the information passed out/sent home on the first day of the semester. A copy of this material can be found on the “policies” page of my website.
I have VERY high expectations for my students this semester. We will do a great deal in class, but this will need to be supplemented at home with the reviewing of materials/notes that were completed in class.
I rarely assign homework, but rather things that are not completed in class can always be considered homework. I take up classwork once a unit (every 2-3 weeks) in a unit folder and students will receive a classwork grade for each unit. Any activities that were completed in class and considered groupwork will be assigned a separate grade.
